The Process!
1. The lead is received by your company and details are passed onto us.
2. We contact the customer to arrange a suitable date and time to visit.
3. An in-depth sales consultation is completed with the customer, to establish their needs and budget for the project.
4. Pictures and videos are captured on site.
5. The customer is provided with a fully detailed quotation.
6. We will continue to keep in touch with the customer, should they wish to amend their quote before committing to the sale.
7. Once the sale is agreed and all products are chosen, a survey date is booked.
8. We will attend the survey to capture all measurements, product codes and a bill materials.
9. Tradesman job sheets and floor plans will be created for the project, where required.
10. A suitable fit date will be ascertained from your company
11. A customer deposit is sent in line with your terms and a fit date is agreed with the customer
12. We will create a contact between your company and the customer, this will be signed through an online E-signature, sent to their email.
13. We create a customer file which will have all the information required to start the project.
14. The customer will receive our ongoing support, up to the project start date.
15. The customer file is handed over to your company, once the survey is completed.
